This place is absolutely one of my new favorites I was iffy at first so I read the reviews and seen nothing but good reviews thinking there was no way this place is going to be the way I read in the reviews but it was location was perfect the views alone had me from the start and the place was clean and adorable and I absolutely will be going back and not to mention check it was a piece of cake
This place as well as Kristin were both amazing! It exceeded our family's expectations and couldn't have asked for a better experience with location, cleanliness, convenience and service!
The view was amazing and it was a short walk to the beach but we didn’t have air conditioning for the first two days and had to spend time trying to figure out what was wrong with it before it got fixed and then had workmen to deal with. It was “fixed “ for one day and then the next day it stopped working again. Kristin gave us a $300 inconvenience fee but when you pay more than $2400 for the week it doesn’t seem like enough. We also had to beg for toilet paper which took two requests. The water pressure is non existent and the the man that works for them was surprised how bad it was and would look into getting it fixed, might happen but we won’t know. We washed their beach towels for them but the dryer wasn’t drying them. We cleaned the lint trap and it was obvious that it hadn’t been cleaned in ages and it was so compacted beyond the trap that we were digging it out as best we could because it is a fire hazard and the cleaning people must not be checking it. Last Airbnb for me.

My husband Mark and I are St Pete Beach residents who can't get enough of our hometown! We purchased a condo in St Pete Beach when we were living in New York and this connection drew us to move South to the Sunshine State. Living locally, we are accessible to renters to help with any concerns during your stay and regular communication as needed. While we are usually close by, we also have a network of people and local businesses to assist in case of emergency or maintenance issues that may arise. We frequently enjoy our slice of paradise in St Pete Beach. We love to walk the beach, paddle board or kayak, swim in the gulf and enjoy many of the outdoor activities that the beach has to offer. We are also quite diverse when it comes to our food choices, and love the variety that St Pete Beach has to offer. We also enjoy drinking craft beer or mixed drinks while watching the sunset in paradise! Our office manages for multiple owners and have multiple units in close proximity, making it ideal for groups who are looking to rent and coordinate several units. We can't wait to offer one of our homes to you as you relax and take some time away.
