Een heerlijk rustige locatie en tegelijkertijd uitstekend gelegen voor de vele bezienswaardigheden in de directe omgeving (Point du Hoc bijvoorbeeld op een half uurtje lopen). Een top basis voor het mooie Normandië. Hilary is super vriendelijk, reageert snel en heeft goede tips.

We had a lovely stay with Patrick and Hilary for the second time in Normandie. The Gite is comfortable and the surroundings are peacefull. Patrick and Hilary are very friendly and always in for a nice chat. You can ask Patrick anything about the history of Normandie. We will be coming back next year ! Merci Patrick & Hilary :-)

What an excellent find! Host Hilary greeted us upon arrival and we immediately felt at home. The home is spacious and was ideal for my 80 year old Mom to have the downstairs space while my son, husband and I shared the upstairs bedrooms. Beautiful landscape with a short walk to the bluffs/water. Host even treated us to some fresh farm eggs from her chickens! I am already looking forward to returning someday!

My family had a wonderful time staying in Normandy at Hilary's home! If you are visiting Normandy to sightsee the WW2 spots, Hilary's house is central to everything and is an excellent place to stay. I would recommend Pointe Du Hoc for your first stop as it is only about 2 miles from the house. The beds were very comfortable, everything was exceptionally clean and Hilary is very responsive ready to make sure you have whatever you need! We will certainly book Hilary's home again if we are ever back in the area.

We had a great stay here and loved the property! It was very well appointed and decorated, was really comfortable and our kids loved playing in the yard. Hilary was extremely kind and helpful and made our stay even better. Now we just need to find time to come and stay for longer!
