Pro's: Great amenities. People are very friendly. Very close to stores and restaurants. Dishwasher, washer and dryer part of your lodging. The freezer has an ice maker. Less than an hour away from many Gulf Beaches. Great weather too. Very peaceful sitting on the front porch as the sun comes up. Cons: House needs a fresh paint job in bathroom. Use a paint that stops the spread of mold/fungus. You can see it seeping through the walls in the bathroom. Also, although it appeared the floors in the house were swept, they certainly were not mopped. A check of a persons feet or socks was proof positive of that. Summary: We would stay there again. The above cons are not a deal breaker, just something they should strive to improve.
