Great stay. We were 16 and the house is very well equipped to cook for big groups. Bedrooms are lovely and so nice to have en-suites for all rooms. Keith was friendly host and responded quickly to messages.

A fabulous 3 nights stay with friends. The property is wonderfully rustic and the children loved seeing the horses and chickens. Keith was very friendly and welcoming - we had a few minor issues during our stay, but Keith was very quick to respond and fix them / show us how to use the cooker correctly. This property is ideal for families with children - so much space for them to run around without getting under anyone’s feet. The kitchen is ‘rustic’ but perfect for what we needed and fabulously well equipped for a big gathering. A note for EV users - EV charging isn't available at the property, but Keith provided details of chargers nearby and we had no issues during our stay. Thanks so much for a truly wonderful stay.

We’ve had a fantastic long weekend staying at Coombe Farm. The barn conversion is an amazing space that met the needs of our multi-generation group aged between 9 and 80 something. Everything we needed was available, the kitchen in particular is very well equipped for a large group enabling us to cook a massive roast dinner and still not use every pot, pan or plate available! The snooker table was a great source of entertainment. It was actually a bonus to have somewhat unpredictable internet access as it meant people could forget about their phones and spend quality time with each other instead. We would all recommend this property without a doubt . Thank you Keith for a wonderful stay, we may be back some time!

Lovely countryside barn. Spacious for our large group of x8 adults & x8 children. Would highly recommend The Bell Inn, Chittlehampton for a meal out.
