Bon contact avec Marla, suite problème de chauffage 'intervention fut réalisée rapidement, propriétaire à l'écoute. Le séjour d'etude de ma fille fut agréable grace à ce bon logement et l'ecoute du propriétaire.

Marlas place was okay, smaller than expected based on images and fairly tired but it was in a good location. Key pick up was a potential issue, if I hadn't read the reviews beforehand, I wouldn't have thought to confirm with the host first. The instructions I had been sent were incorrect and if I hadn't triple checked, I would have gone to the wrong location. Much like the other reviews there was a loud party that went on till gone 3am, this was only for one night though. Also as per the other reviews the pipes were SUPER loud and also SUPER hot so be careful.

Marla's place is even better than described. The beds are comfy and the shower is excellent. Great WiFi too. The whole check-in was easy and Marla was always available. We would definitely recommend!

We stayed at Marla’s apartment for 3 days and had an amazing stay. There were 2 moms and 2 teen boys and we felt right at home in her cozy and clean place. The bedrooms were a perfect size for the moms to relax and have a restful sleep after exploring the city all day. The pull out double sofa was perfect for the teen boys to stay up late and watch Netflix and pass out after. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies to make full bacon and egg breakfasts each morning and there were lots of glasses to enjoy our evening wine and champagne. The location was perfect for our jam packed sight seeing itinerary. We were within walking distance to all the places we wanted to see. The boys were very happy that we were so close to Soho where they loved the shopping. Marla was super responsive and very friendly in all of her communication. The photos are exactly as advertised and the check-in and check-out process was very easy and smooth. I highly recommend staying here!

It was fine but not "pristine" as described. Basically what I would expect for a not cheap but not super expensive NYC apartment in a reasonable location. The beds were comfortable. Towels were worn. Bathroom clean but very worn down. Camera posted at apartment door (to watch guests coming and going?). Inconvenient key access several blocks away. Host demanded copies of IDs after booking was completed. Incorrect wifi password we eventually figured out. Definitely heard critters in the night even though we'd put food away in the cabinets and the fridge :( Trash and packages left in the building entryway. We had 4 people in our group and that's the absolute max I think could stay.
