Richard was such a great and responsive host, was so proactive with giving instructions and everything I needed to know about how to get to the unit. Also answered any questions quickly and clearly! Very kind and polite host! Couldn't have asked for an easier check in experience. The location was such a peaceful getaway from the strip - right near the mountains and you get a full view of the city which is absolutely amazing :)

Richard is an excellent, fast communicator and he went put of his way to took care of our only issue (no linens for the sofa bed), very quickly. The condo is conveniently located and had everything we needed to be comfortable for our trip. The place was an excellent value. 10/10 would absolutely stay there again!

Richard was a very accommodating host and kept clear communication and even check in was clear and easy. Driving in from the bay, we weren’t sure what time we would get there and even getting there early richard was fine with an early check in and even when checking out and we were running behind, he made it clear that we were welcome to not worry about rushing and a late check out would be perfectly fine. Even took the time out of the day to give me a call and make sure we stayed cool in the hot weather and told me to turn on the a/c. would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick place to stay while traveling to vegas
