We had an amazing stay! From check in to check out everything was great. Hosts were super responsive and very nice. The home was gorgeous!! And clean. Very spacious. The only possible complaint we could even begin to muster would simply be how hard the beds are 🤣. But isn't that most places we stay away from home? Lol. 100% would come back here if we needed to be in the area in the future. There's even a cute little park/ playground right down the road if you're traveling with littles.

We met up at Josh’s place with friends of ours to see the eclipse. This house was perfect for that. We had our own private space, the furniture is super flexible. And we opened up the garage doors every day, it was lovely. Big tv and sound system meant we could watch march madness from the patio. We ate many lovely meals from the very walkable restaurants and food trucks. Shoutout to new downtown restaurant Texapolitan pizza, it was delicious. If you are afraid of heights, the loft is high up. I was the only one of my group who was nervous going up there, but just in case that is helpful. There is filtered water for drinking, and the place was very friendly for my nickel allergy (no brushed nickel door handles). The owners planned for everything. They even had a well maintained, clean storm shelter for in case of inclement weather. Would definitely recommend.

This place was exactly as described! Josh was very responsive. We loved staying here. Highly recommend it. Check out the Cowboy Club if you are looking for a good dive bar.

Cool house architecturally. Spacious. Heating worked great. Easy to get in and felt safe. Furnishings a bit cheap and not in best condition. Overall an okay experience but would’ve expected more for the price point.

We love Josh's place so much, it's become our go-to for Van Alsytne. We've stayed multiple times and plan to stay many more when visiting family. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable and the hosts are incredibly kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!
