Great house with beautiful surroundings… Love Bordeaux!

Sandra has a beautiful house, well equipped with all mod cons. A lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi. However, the issue was with the location. It was advised that a train was 20 minutes away, and as we had no car, we took it that the station was easily accessible. We were under the assumption that you could walk to the train station. This was not the case. It was much further and you could not walk on the busy road. We incurred a substantial amount of expenses on taxis about €50 each way to get to Bordeaux over the four day period. I would suggest that Sandra amends her house details to say” a car is absolutely required, as there is no public transport “. With a car, I would highly recommend Sandra’s house.

Super Airbnb. Sandra nous a conseillé avant notre arrivée, elle a su répondre à l’ensemble de nos demandes. Très réactive et agréable je vous recommande les yeux fermés ce Airbnb. Merci encore Sandra

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la très belle villa de Sandra. Le combo piscine et jacuzzi était superbe tout comme l’intérieur de la maison avec ses belles pièces joliment décorée et ses chambres qui ont chacune leur salle de bain ! L’extérieur de la maison est aussi magnifique une belle pelouse entretenue, des transats, un beau salon de jardin et une grande table, une plancha et de la place pour se garer. Je recommande 1000 fois ce logement et je remercie Sandra pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et sa bienveillance.

We booked the house as we wanted easy access to the area around Bordeaux, Arcachon, the sea & the airport. And this house delivers! The house is super clean & could easily accommodate our party of 8 people. 45min drive to Arcachon&Dune of Pilat, 30min drive to the airport & a 10min walk to the local wine castle; Château Lusseau Lusseau is must for anyone looking for great wine! We bought a few bottles of their fantastic wines. An added bonus to the trip was the owners Sandra&Eric who was very helpful with recommendations & even engaged us with their personal friends in regards to local restaurants & wine tastings. We had a fantastic time in France because of Sadra&Eric. The garden is huge & has a park-like feeling. You can hear the road but it was never an issue. My wife had her birthday during our stay & Sadra arranged for some flags & a dinner reservation at one of the local restaurants(Le Pistou) which was fabulous. Treat yourself to this house and the local recommendations!
