Heidi’s place was good for our one night stay in Galveston. Centrally located on the island and a cute little studio apartment. Heidi was a very responsive host.

Big Wave Dave's Hideout is the perfect spot for an overnight stay in Galveston. While it is small, it is more than adequate for one person or a couple. It is pristine and cozy. Some reviews mention the tight parking, but with a back up camera it is doable in a midsized sedan. The bed and pillows are very comfortable! The linens were clean and soft. The bath towels are plush. The only thing I looked for and didn't find was a full length mirror. The kitchen was well outfitted with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, dishes, glasses, silverware, even coffee, sugar and creamer. There are a couple of stores within a short walking distance. This little place is in a residential area just off a somewhat busy street so it is easly accessable to most major attractions. The whole process was seamless and I will stay again if the need arises.
