Ótimo local, muito bem organizado e limpo, o check in e checkout muito rápidos e simples. Sem qualquer reclamação do espaço. O flat conta com uma vaga de estacionamento o que diz um pouco sobre o local, não é próximo dos BRTs ou metrô, mas eu tinha em mente que usaria Uber pra tudo caso não alugasse um carro. Tudo funciona perfeitamente, tem uma vista linda lá de cima e muito conforto.

Minha primeira vez no Rio de Janeiro e foi tudo ótimo. O apartamento é incrível, equipado, limpo, silencioso e como estava muito quente, o ar condicionado fez toda a diferença rsrsrs Como estávamos de carro o acesso a zona sul do rj foi tranquilo. Wallace é um anfitrião muito atencioso, além de ter deixado o espaço com vários presentinhos para nós. Muito obrigada pelo carinho!

The bad part of this apartment is: Bad location (far from everything you need to Uber), dangerous neighbourhood, unresponsive host (messaged him to call me and he responded the next day and did not fix what I asked and I never heard from him again), there is daily basic cleaning but requires an in-depth clean which it doesn’t get, dirty noisy air conditioning (needs to be serviced), stained sofa, bad smell in apartment, window in kitchen leaks during thunder storms (this is a tropical country so), one set of sheets only and no Matress cover, stained bed pillows (disgusting), small fridge that needs to be serviced as it doesn’t work properly, the safe doesn’t open, the Interfone doesn’t work and the curtains are threadbare. Of the 8 airbnbs I have been in Rio this is clearly the worst. To be fair it was quiet, the apt is located is a serviced apt building with amenities and has security, washing machines that work well. The space is large and on the 16th floor with sort of a view.

Easy check-in , easy to find, place was clean, daily cleaners were trustworthy (I wasn't expecting them so left some things laying out, but all was still there when I returned). Nice touch with water bottles in the refrigerator - which I noticed too late, but hey! Also there were a few bags of chips, which came in handy as I hadn't eaten yet when I checked in. There's a few stores at the gas station next door where you can get convenience store stuff, coffee and some pastries. That was handy. Things to pay attention to: close the door firmly; it opened at night on me when the air pressure from the windows created some more pressure. I didn't realize I hadn't pulled it all the way closed. There was also no hot water one morning (as in there was no water coming out at all), which was an issue with the building, not just this apartment. The safe in the closet also didn't seem to be working but as I said, the maids / cleaners were honest. Internet was mediocre at best.
