The Loreto International Airport is 30 minutes north of the Villa del Palmar resort property. The Loreto International Airport (LTO) services the town of Loreto and the nearby region. It is located just five minutes from downtown Loreto. Shuttle is offered via the resort & is $20 per person and must be booked at least 3 days prior to your arrival.

Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Volaris, Calafia Airlines, and WestJet service Loreto, however you may need to fly into San Diego and use the Cross Border Xpress for flights leaving from Tijuana.
---Driving to Loreto---
Yes, you can drive to Loreto Mexico safely, although it takes much longer than flying. From the US city of San Diego, it takes around 17 hours by car.
Shuttle service at the resort is $20 per person both ways (getting a taxi may be cheaper). Taxi's are the best way to get around but I can arrange for a vehicle to come to you or you can connect with the front desk to further assist.
