Honestly amazing would not change a thing except the ladder to get up to the top bed. Overall tho amazing

You will need a sleeping bag, pillow, flashlight (to get to the port-a-potty at night in the dark), and possibly an air mattress, if you are tall, because the couch is not super long. The steep climb to the air mattress, up the ladder, in the loft is a little difficult if you aren't athletic. Super good deal for the money though. Great location for the bar nearby and the lake. No refrigerator but there is a TV and Wi-Fi. A/C works well. You may want to show up and cool the place down and then come back to sleep, if it is a warm day. Like I said - great deal for the money!

Great little quiet place. Just a short bike ride away from Mosquito lake. Just what I needed for a quick and easy place to sleep.
