The apartment is located only 60 m from the beach front. It can accomodate 5 guests, it features one master bedroom and one double room. Two bathrooms, one of them is en-suite. Local Community Tourist tax will be collected at arrival: 1€ per person and per night. In the living room ther is a sofabed that provides additional sleeping for 1 guest. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and all necessary dinnerware and cookware. If you just want to sit down and relax, there's a smart TV in the living room. Sea breezes usually provide constant coolness to the house, but if it's not enough, in the apartment there is air conditionig.

l'appartamento molto comodo e molto spazioso disposto bene e con triplice esposizione che nella maggior parte delle giornate rende superflua l'accensione del condizionatore check-in preciso e puntuale
Casa molto accogliente, ampia, ben arredata e pulita. A circa 40m dal mare, in posizione tranquilla e ben servita (supermercato a 300m aperto 24/7).
