Welcome to our spacious 97 square meter holiday home in Palaia Fokaia, the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. This stunning home is fully equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Each room is air-conditioned, ensuring you stay cool and comfortable throughout the balmy Greek summer. The home boasts a fully-fitted kitchen, complete with an oven, stovetop, toaster, dishwasher, electric kettle, and refrigerator. Whether you're making a morning coffee with our coffee machine or preparing a full meal with our kitchenware, our kitchen has everything you need to feel at home. Meal times are a joy in our dining area, with a dining table perfect for family meals or entertaining guests. If al fresco dining is more your style, our outdoor dining area is a beautiful spot to enjoy a meal or a glass of wine in the Greek sun. The living area is comfortable and cosy, featuring a TV for your entertainment. Unwind on the sofa after a day exploring the local area or relax with a good book. The bedroom is furnished with a large wardrobe, providing ample storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is clean and modern, equipped with a bath shower for your convenience. One of the home's highlights is the breathtaking views it offers. From the balcony and terrace, enjoy panoramic views of the beautiful garden and majestic mountains. Great stay overall, location was really ideal, only minutes away from an organized beach. With some extra effort to curate the exterior (some extra chairs in the terrace would help) it would be perfect.

A very nice, fully renovated appartment with a great balcony and garden in a green, quiet and remote residential area. Unfortunately, it is severly underequipped and poorly maintained: Only one of the 2 bedrooms has air condition and in the other one, the temperature was over 35 degrees every night. Several windows cannot be opened (including in the WC where there is no aeration) and the bathroom sliding door is extremely hard to open/close. When we arrived late at night (for an extra fee of 70 €), we received keys and a nice welcome from a friend of the host but noone had cleaned or opened up the house prior to our arrival - it was unbearably hot, dusty and dirty, and the refrigerator held a single bottle of warm water. The kitchen has lots of space but lacks even the most basic equipment (one cooking pot and one pan only), no bottle opener, grater, bowl, coffeemaker, etc. We understand we were the first-ever guests - hopefully, the flat could be better prepared and equipped for others.
