This is two bedrooms, one bathroom River Rock AirB&B with dining room, living room, kitchen, laundry room, office, and private entrance. The guest will have an entry code to self check in, however, we strive to welcome the guest in person. Guests must be able to go up and down stairs to access the AirB&B as it is a basement entrance. This AirB&B is for non smoking guests, and we do not accept pets. Thank you for considering us for your stay. One bedroom has a king size bed. The other room has a queen bed. The space has one bathroom with a stand up shower. The rooms and living area have flat screen TV's, wi-fi, chrome cast, and beautiful backyard. There is a racquetball court inside, and a separate room that is an office.

The home was nice but dated. The first night we spent, there were no towels or wash cloths. The next day, she brought some down. The entire time we were there, there were no hot pads, so cooking I had to use my own clothes to pull hot stuff. There was no conditioner, there was no hand soap and there were no extra trash bags. Also, there were a ton of spiders. My two year old woke up to one on his bed in the middle of the night. The master bedroom smelled a little moldy
Sally was always responsive and a great host. We loved the space. As it is a basement apartment there were the normal noises from people walking above, but never past 8pm.
