I booked this room for my mother in law and aunt who are in their 70s. The driveway was so steep they were scared to pull into it. We had family camping close by that had to park for them. The rooms were very neat and clean and just as described. There is no actual kitchen, but perfect for someone just needing a place to sleep and shower. There is no thermostat to adjust air temps in the room. It is controlled in the main house. They had to call to ask for the air to be turned up because they were freezing and couldn’t reach the vents to close them. The room is non-smoking but they could smell smoke coming through the vents as if someone was smoking in the main house. If you’re not sensitive to smoke, it wouldn’t be a problem, but it really bothered them.
