Lisa was kind and thoughtful but unfortunately the AC filters and fans were very dusty and coated with paint. There were a few holes in the ceiling and large gaps around the tub/shower. We decided not to stay and Lisa promptly refunded our money. Not sure why these things were not noticed and a priority to get addressed but she assured me they would be. We were there to visit family that was 50 apart and this would have served as a great mid location. But we ultimately stayed with my aunt and made the commute each day. Lisa was great with communication and concern about the excessive heat in the region, and I hated to have to point these issues out but my son and I just couldn’t get comfortable in the house with these issues.

Lisa was very kind, and very easy to communicate with. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, complete with everything we needed for a great stay. We will book again if in this area. Thank you, Lisa.
