Jim is an absolute legend of a host. The place was immaculate. Would highly recommend to those looking to hike around Vancouver Island it's approx 60-90mins to some of the islands best locations. The patio is west facing so relaxing in the hot tub, watching the sunset is the perfect way to unwind.

Jim was amazing, such a nice guy, he was there ready to greet us, and went into detail, where things were, we loved it there, and will certainly go back, if we are welcome. Jim's Airbnb is beautiful and comfortable, and we very much enjoyed the stay . I've told so many people, if they need a place to stay, he's your guy.

Our second visit over New Years and enjoyed ourselves again and even more this time. Everything you would need except food is supplied. Jim is a very good host who is there if you need him but NOT there if you don't need him! lol One of the better Airbnb's we've enjoyed! Will return again for sure!

The apartment of Jim is awesome, very quiet, and very clean. Everything is in a very good and absolutely new condition. After a good day out you can enjoy the amazing whirlpool on the terrace. Afterwards: Sitting on the terrace in the evening and having a glasnost wine is brilliant. You have a big view over the city. Jim is a very nice guy and very helpful. We asked for a. Drying rack: Jim went to the store and bought immediately a triple A drying rack. Once again: Thank you Jim. A good place to explore the region: Sproak Lake, Ucluelet, Tofino and so on. A lot of shops, a supermarket and so on are two minutes away by car. The Harbour is close by. Don‘t miss the boat trip with the Lady Rose Marine Line to Bamfield. If you are lucky you spot a whale, black bear etc. We definitely recommend Jim’s Airbnb.
