Had a quick stay over the weekend to watch the solar eclipse. We rented the full house including the apartment below. Everything was immaculate and just as pictured. Tia was kind, responsive and very flexible. We loved the spot, located at the bottom of the mountain access road -- it was out was the fray (which was extreme this weekend) but close to everything. The kitchen is definitely a cook's kitchen. The spice drawer alone was incredible. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are very spacious and comfy. The day bed area was super cozy. The ski gear lockers were super convenient and very well designed in the space. The outdoor spaces were also very nice. We chilled on the Jacuzzi deck with a beautiful view of the eclipse and went for walks around the neighborhood. We definitely want to come back both during ski season as well as the off season.

This house is a true gem. I’m not sure where to start, because there are so many good things to say. The house is cozy and welcoming, while also offering a spacious layout for multiple families traveling together. It’s beautifully decorated, has a fully-stocked kitchen with everything needed for family style dinners, comfortable bedding and furniture, and numerous ski lockers. The view of the mountain from the kitchen table is the perfect spot for morning coffee before heading to the slopes. And getting there is convenient with the shuttle, which is easy to use and comes often. Tia was kind, responsive and accommodating. We can’t wait for our next trip back!

We (two families with 4 total kids) stayed at this lovely house over Christmas break. We really enjoyed our stay! The house is huge, with plenty of space for everyone, including extensive ground floor space with bedrooms, living space, etc. that worked great for the kids. The kitchen was fully stocked (even a stand-up mixer for our teenager baker!). We particularly liked the ski lockers (both on the ground floor and the main floor) which helped us keep organized all week. We also appreciated the convenient shuttles that stopped right in front of the house back and forth from the ski mountain. Tia was a wonderful host!

Tia's Mountain Elevation home is beyond belief. Tia is a special person...  She was welcoming over the phone and provided every comfort one could ask for. I love to cook, and the kitchen is perfectly appointed, and the furnishings throughout are first class.  This is much more than a typical rental house, but an exceptional home that Tia shares with discerning renters. We stayed a week for a ski race and could not have asked for better. As a longstanding ski family, we have stayed in many rental houses near mountains all over the Northeast, and Tia’s is among the very best! We will definitely stay at Mountain Elevation anytime we visit Sugarloaf. Thank you so much Tia for sharing your incredible home, and for making our week at Sugarloaf such a memorable and enjoyable experience!!
