It was by far the best Airbnb we stayed. It was homy and there were a lot of cases that you'd notice the host went extra mile; humidifiers in all rooms, games and toys, chargers by the bed, reading lights on each side of the beds, white noise machine, dog bed... Thanks a lot Ryan.

We loved everything about staying here -- lucky for us it was even for a whole month. There was everything we needed to feel right at home... the house was full of touches that often go unnoticed in other Airbnbs such as air purifiers, humidifiers, fully stocked kitchen cabinets with cookware for cooking and spices, Dyson vacuum, and beyond. Ryan was super communicative and provided plenty of instructions on both the house, in addition to some awesome local restaurant recommendations. Also was happy to have snow removal service for the driveway (great touch!) as stayed here during the winter. The place had a backyard and plenty of awesome local trails. Many many thanks!

My family and I had an incredible time at this property. We were especially impressed by how well-stocked the house was—it felt as if we had just done a Costco run upon arriving! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare most of our meals at home, and the house also featured a variety of useful tech amenities. Though the house is great for groups of all ages, it was especially ideal for our 2-year-old son. One room included a crib/toddler bed along with a variety of toys and accessories. Last but not least, the location is outstanding. Right at the end of the road, you’ll find access to excellent mountain biking and hiking trails. Plus, it’s just a 15 minute drive from any location in South Lake Tahoe. Overall, this house offered all the comforts of home, a quiet retreat in the woods, and a fantastic setting for a family summer getaway. We would absolutely stay again!

I had a great experience during my winter stay. The house is very comfortable and well-thought-out. All amenities are new and in good condition. The location is great also: - the woods with beautiful views and trails are behind the window - 10 min drive to Heavenly California Lodge parking

There is so much to appreciate about this house - besides a wonderful location within the So. Lake Tahoe area (we loved how it was close to everything but out of the fray), the house itself is extremely comfortable. It is truly a blessing to have a top quality mattress to sleep on (supportive, firm), lovely linens and fluffy towels. We loved the well-equipped kitchen (sharp knives, a big cutting board!), the open-concept living room + fireplace, great hot water for showers or baths, the overall quiet atmosphere, and all of the thoughtful aspects Ryan and Corey have provided - like ample charging cords in the bedrooms, plenty of available pantry items, use of the garage, and extremely clear, helpful house information. As our point of contact, Ryan was wonderfully communicative, helpful, and responsive. All in all we felt welcome, and happily at “home” for our month at High Meadow Lodge.
