As a guest you shouldn't have to pay for your undercover parking. Therefore I had to park my vehicle away from the location and pay for parking.

Very accomodating. We requested additional towels and tea and coffee and the receptionist was very obliging. They also gave us the option of a late checkout for a small additional fee but we did not take that up.

the unit definitely needs some maintenance to the kitchen cupboards as they are falling off hinges. bathroom needs exhaust fan as there is no window so it's extremely stuffy and not a nice area to be in. other than that it was nice and good location.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a dual cab 4WD, unfortunately the car park was extremely small and we had trouble parking, my husband did eventually get the car in. The guy on reception came down and said he would reserve a larger spot not in the car park for us the next day, still on the smaller side but better. The room was clean and tidy. Could really do with a curtain on the sliding door to the balcony and a screen door is also needed. Bathroom needs an exhaust fan and the vents needed dusting. The queen bed was extremely comfortable which was a surprise because it looked old and well used. I had two very restful sleeps I also left behind my headphones and the reception staff were fantastic in getting them express posted back to me the day after. So grateful for that We are definitely going to use All Suites again and recommend it to others
