Very sad. We couldn’t check in, nobody was reachable under the emergency number (we tried calling for hours), Air bnb could help us to reach somebody. After hours of waiting we could go to our room. It was nice and clean but the kitchen wasn’t in best conditions (paint from drawers comes off, storage door is broken). The double bed we slept in were two beds next to each other with rolls underneath so they would every night roll around the room without even a lot of movement. In general clean and nice location also the team was nice, still I won’t come back.

Awesome host went above and beyond to ensure I got to and into the apartment on a very late check in. Great apartment, in a good location, couldn’t ask for more

I do not think this place really worth the price. Room facilities are very outdated and minimum. They offer sofa bed but do not come with the linens or pillows ready. Have to phone the hotel, but stuff are off work so everything needs to be delivered the other day. Also after five pm, no one will open the door for pram or wheelchair users. Have to be carried over the stairs. The room itself has practically no windows unless you open the balcony door, then o man the outside noises, also everything could fly in due to no door screen. The room carpet felt very rough and it hurts the feet. The air conditioner is only available in bedroom, so if you close the bedroom door, all other parts is a closed shoe box.

very noisy, must be the path from the ambulance delivery to the hospital. apart from that there were no issues. was a great stay

Dried urine on bed mattress, when service desk was called, they were less than helpful. Suggested nothing could be done until the following day. I had to be persistent to get another room and still have mot asked for a partial refund (minimum I asked for). No communication from AirBnB to date
