This property is in an excellent location if you need to stay in High Point! We stayed here for about a week before closing on a house. It was very clean and Rajan was extremely responsive about anything we needed. The property is fully equipped with every amenity you would need that is provided at a hotel, plus a fully equipped kitchen and generally stocked pantry. Rajan also did not require us to do much before checking out, which is nice when charged for cleaning fees and again, is very similar to hotel practices. It does appear to be slightly more "worn" than the pictures show, the walls are paper thin between rooms, there is not a lot of natural light, and there is only one small full bath (the latter is a misunderstanding on my part-- I misread the property description). These are just personal observations and preferences and I mention them as they may help others make decisions regarding their stays, but overall, our stay was extremely positive.

My daughter and I had an excellent stay at Rajan’s place. The location is great. It’s close to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. It is very comfortable and quite. I would definitely stay there again.

Rajan was a great host. He was proactive about our security when he'd been alerted there was a potential issue. There wasn't but it was nice to know he had my back. Everything was in great condition and looked just as the pictures showed. It was the perfect solution for a 2 month stay while I worked at HPU for the summer. It was actually cheaper than staying on campus. Highly recommend.
