This haven tucked away on a point overlooking sand and rocky beaches on three sides is absolutely fabulous. Everything was perfect for our getaway to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary. Gabrielle is a wonderful host, and her employees Moises, Guido and Jessie, are all friendly, accommodating and helpful. We booked the spacious Ylang Ylang room and it was like a small home away from home. We used the available kitchen for preparing a few of our own meals, and Gabrielle gladly provided a few extras as we needed them for our meal preparations. Our nights were spent sleeping to the sounds of surf that aided in deep, restful sleep. Mornings were spent watching the sunrise over hot cups of Panamanian café. Guido mentioned some wonderful small pools in the rocks of the islet to explore at low tide, which we did. Walks on beautiful, private sandy beaches and exploring the other rocky beaches always held new surprises for us. The beautiful trees, flowers and gardens of the property add to the ambiance of this secluded getaway. The pool is always refreshing after a hot day of exploring. The meals enjoyed at the restaurant were beautifully prepared and presented, and the food was delicious. There were even some fresh cut flowers in a vase on our table for our anniversary dinner. The final couple miles on the dirt road to the resort are a bit difficult, but the journey is so very well worth what awaits you at this wonderful oasis away from the cares of the word. Thank you, Gabrielle, for a truly wonderful memory. We will be back!
