BEAUTIFUL location. The river is gorgeous and you can hear it from everywhere in the home (if you open a window or door. If you prefer silence, with everything closed it is hard to hear the river). There was so much land here. Theres another house next door, but it is pretty far away given how large the property is. The trees are beautiful and the sauna was really nice to use. It’s somewhat close to a busy road, but it didn’t bother us because you couldn’t hear it very much with the rain and the river. Overall a great stay and I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it if you’re looking for someplace beautiful in Forks.

Superb home to recuperate from hiking! Views of the river are fantastic. Having fruit and eggs and coffee already supplied for the next morning’s breakfast was much appreciated and a great touch.

The house is in a beautiful location and within close driving distance to several beaches and the Hoh Rainforest. We were surprised to arrive 45 minutes after check-in to find the cleaning crew still at the house. She immediately left when we pulled up. The house interior has been beautifully renovated. The patio and fire pit were wonderful in the evenings. Getting down to the river was slippery and we couldn’t get to the water itself due to grass and vegetation being too dense and high. Unfortunately we also found that despite the cleaning crew being late, there was a used bath towel left hanging on a door and a half-full drinking glass in the landscaping outside the sauna. We brought all this immediately to the host, who thanked us. After requesting a refund on our cleaning fee, communication with the host was slow. Several times I had to follow-up due to no response. We did finally receive the refund. Overall, our stay was good.

Throughout the entire long weekend, our group of friends could not stop talking about how great a place this was! The pictures don’t do it justice, with absolute perfect autumnal views of the river and changing leaves, with the sauna overlooking it. Great location for driving to La Push to surf/explore the beaches during the day. The house was extremely spacious enough for our group, very clean, and had more than enough amenities. There was even some breakfast supplies and fresh fruit, and the new bar downstairs was a hit for thanksgiving cocktails! Linda and Jerry were very responsive and checked in multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Cannot recommend enough. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

Just a family of Twilight nerds, seeking a brief getaway to Forks in search of vampires and werewolves. Linda's place turned out to be the ideal choice for our adventure! We had a blast exploring her home's intricate details, making our stay truly delightful. It's conveniently located near town and all the must-see attractions. And when the day wound down, we cherished her place's tranquility. There's nothing quite like relaxing by the firepit, serenaded by the soothing sounds of the nearby river
