I booked a 8-day stay at this place and got a hotel for the remaining trip after my first night at the room. This room is actually converted from part of the garage, and is attached to the house on the side. The room is extremely tiny It has no natural lighting, smells weird and is damp as it was part of the garage. The location is great though...

I do not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a long term stay. The whole place is a mess and poorly regulated. People there would take your food in the fridge and housekeeper will throw away your stuff that was store in the kitchen area without your permission. The room itself is very dark and the lock on the door is very fragile that the key has to be locked in a certain way which felt very unsafe. I initially had planned a month stay there but could not deal with all the terrible encounters there that I ended up having to move out and find a new place to stay half way through my trip. The only two pros are that the host does communicate and response in a timely fashion. Also, the location is convenient, close to Starbucks, grocery stores and restaurants.
