This home is a beautiful piece of history. Kristi had the home well stocked with items easily forgotten when packing for a trip out of town. We stayed eight days and appreciated things like aluminum foil and cooking oil being provided. I had the pleasure of meeting her father briefly one evening while he hauled away our trash. He was so polite and offered information about fishing spots on the lake. This fifteen minute conversation was the only one during our entire stay. I mean to say that our privacy was honored but we knew that we could call on him or Kristi if needed. The community is peaceful, beautiful and full of friendly people. In fact, everyone we had interactions with from store employees to local fisherman were polite. I read other reviews about the home and knew to bring some extra powerstrips and cords. Some are provided but a few of your own is helpful given the age of the home. No smartphones and laptops in 1947 lol. This is a great home with a great host. Book it

The Dragonfly was a perfect getaway for my family. Kristi was very responsive,and made sure we got an item that was left behind. Would definitely recommend the Dragonfly!!!!
