Beautiful views location is a bit hard to find.

the accommodation is ok and very spacious. but it is not well maintained so the floor and windows are a bit dirty and dusty. There is a water dispenser available for us to refill.

The place was relatively clean and host had a water tank in the home which we could refill our bottles with drinking water which I reallllyyy appreciate! Host was also really friendly and came to fetch us because the location is really quite difficult to find, had to walk into an alley. Did not manage to see a lot of the view due to weather but I believe the view would be great if the sky was clear as we could see a bit of the mountain area. Overall place was rather clean but has a bit of musty smell (maybe due to location and weather), host was very friendly.

Our stay at the property was mixed at best, overall not great. There were things they did very well, and others that made the stay uncomfortable. I’m not one to give just bad reviews, I believe it’s fair to point out both the things they excelled at, and the things they fell short on. Pros: -Nina was amazing! She handles the transportation to and from the house. She was always quick to respond and helped me out immensely. Thank you Nina 🙏🏼 -The location and view were great -The beds had heaters in them -They helped arrange scooters for us, and had them dropped off and picked up at the house -The wifi was decent Cons: -The house was not clean at all. There is rodent issues, with a lot of mouse poop inside the kitchen counters and under the stairs. The cabinets had old food in them, that had been ripped apart by mice. Some of my belongings were damaged by them as well. After we reported this, no action was taken. -When we asked for them to send someone to clean, Huang (the property manager) came by and did a very fast spot wipe, leaving much of the mess still there. It made us feel like he didn’t care. -There was a lot of clutter in the house, under the stairs and in the closets, it didn’t look anything like the photos. -There was strong smelling mold in the main house, upstairs bedroom and private room on the right side of the building. -The kitchen is cluttered, the chef knives are covered in rust, and many of the dishes were not clean. -Workers from the construction site next door continuously entered the property, had showers in one of the private rooms (which we paid for), and had lunch on our deck. It didn’t make us feel very secure there. Huang told us after the first day that they were asked not too, but continued to do it again and again for days after. -After complaining about the mice, mold, and workers, Huang, was slow to respond, with response times taking hours, sometimes not at all. I guess ignoring us was better than helping. In conclusion, there are a lot of things that require attention at this property. It has the potential to be a great place, but needs a lot of work to get there. We wouldn’t choose to stay here again. I wish them well, and hope they can focus on making this a better stay for guests.
