Brandy and Chad’s place was a beautiful place to call home while exploring Charleston! Perfect for two adults and our active toddler! We enjoyed the backyard space after a long and busy day. Location was perfect and walkable to King Street and many things to do/restaurants. Brandy gave many child friendly and family fun recommendations (aquarium, kids museum, playgrounds, etc). Although the unit was a bit noisy at times from other guests, sound machines were provided and we were overall comfortable. Parking was provided and although a tight space, it was helpful to have on site. Washer and dryer unit was also helpful to have too. We enjoyed our stay!

The Charles Suite was absolutely gorgeous. Whoever designed the space thought of every design detail and practical detail as well. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom were labeled so it was quite easy to find what we needed and put items back once we were done with them. I have shared Brandy's listing with a few friends already for the next time they visit Charleston and I'll definitely visit and stay again.

Our recent stay at this Airbnb was an overall great experience, with one consideration. From the moment we booked, Brandy was an exceptional host. She provided clear instructions, prompt communication, and a genuine willingness to ensure our comfort made us feel welcomed even before we arrived. She provided many useful resources for traveling with kids. The Airbnb is just as pictured and in a great location, just a stone's throw away from numerous cafes and restaurants. Additionally, only a short drive to other destinations like the beach and French Quarter. However, one aspect that dampened our otherwise fantastic experience was the very thin flooring in the duplex. As is the nature with these old homes, you can hear absolutely everything from the upstairs neighbors. And unfortunately, not everyone follows the curfew. Something to be cognizant of if you're a light sleeper or seeking tranquility during your stay. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend.
