To begin with, we appreciate the flexibility that the host had with us. Our flight got cancelled and had to cancel the first night. When we arrived, we were greeted by the host who was extremely pleasant and let us know to contact him if any questions. Entering the apartment, we were amazed at how spacious it was, it actually is bigger than in the pictures and can sleep 4. The furniture is new and the decor was amazing. Brand new appliances and the heater worked well (we were there in winter$. Ramallah is a beautiful place. Lots of hospitable people, amazing food shops around the apartment. Will definitely come back again
