This gorgeous townhome plus Carriage House and courtyard in historic Savannah is located in the beautiful Crawford Square area. You will be surrounded by locals and fellow visitors. It is within walking distance of all that this quaint town has to offer. It is a ½ mile to busy Broughton Street, home to numerous shops and restaurants. In addition, there are plenty of charming restaurants and unique shops throughout the square mile of historic Savannah. The beautiful 3 story townhome is the perfect place for you to enjoy the treasures of Savannah and the pleasures of exquisite accommodations. The main level features a cozy living room with electric fireplace and large Smart TV running YouTube TV for live channels, as well as Roku channels. The well-equipped kitchen has an island with room for 4 to sit and enjoy a meal. A wet bar with wine refrigerator awaits you and your guests. This 1st floor also includes a dining room and ½ bath. Step outside from the kitchen to your private outdoor courtyard for a day of sunshine or an evening by the gas firepit. Take a walk or ride the elevator to the 2nd floor which hosts a master bedroom (King bed) with huge walk-in closet and gorgeous full bathroom with double sinks and enormous shower. Proceed up to the 3rd floor where you will find 2 more great bedrooms. One with a king-size bed and the other with a queen size bed. Unpack your belongings in the full-size closets and feel at home in your new happy place. Both of these bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, which run live TV through YouTube TV as well as Roku channels. The laundry room with washer and dryer is also on the 3rd floor. The private courtyard connects you to the 1-bedroom Carriage House. As you walk up the stairs to your home away from home you will be greeted by pure joy. The quaint space is home to a fully equipped kitchen and living space with a Smart TV that has YouTube TV for live programming and also has Roku channels. The bedroom has a King size bed and full bathroom with washer and dryer. There is also a pull out Queen sofa bed in the living space.

Top notch! Beautiful house with high end appliances; perfect location to walk to the River, shopping and local sites! We were so impressed by how easy it was to walk everywhere. Savannah is such a great city! The elevator was definitely a plus to get up/down to the upper floors. Even being right on a fairly busy street—you never heard road traffic. Having the carriage house was a bonus. My mom loved having her separate space but still could be part of everything. Only small negative (but didn’t affect review), mattresses were not very comfortable and pillows were flat. Could be reflecting preferences but 3 of 4 bedrooms felt the same. Even with that small critique, we had a fabulous time and would certainly stay here again!
We had a great stay at Christie’s place and it was incredibly family friendly. We loved the walkable location and especially being able to have our morning coffee on the large private patio. We would rent here again, no question.
Gorgeous property in the heart of Savannah’s historic district. It was prefect for our large group. Christie was responsive and helpful at all times.
I rented this beautiful townhome for family as we traveled to Savannah for my son’s wedding. It was great with the courtyard and carriage house. Beautifully decorated, large bedrooms and bathrooms. Everyone had space to be comfortable. I would definitely recommend!
We really enjoyed our stay here! House was very nice, clean, plenty of space and a great location to walk to all the things to see. Every room having its own bathroom was definitely a plus and the elevator was a welcomed extra for a 3 story house. I didn't have to reach out to Christie a single time during our stay since she provided all the information we needed and had no issues with the house. Would recommend!

Uber is very abundant in Savannah and is the best way to get to restaurants and tourist spots not in walking distance. We are close to several bars and restaurants within walking distance.
City of Savannah boasts a multi-modal transportation system that can move downtown visitors by road and sea at no charge.
Dot Shuttle: The dot Shuttle takes passengers to many of the cultural and historic points of interest downtown, as well to and from the city’s 5 public parking garages.
Savannah Belles Passenger Ferry: These boats depart from Rousakis Plaza on River St. and provide ferry service between River Street and Hutchinson Island. Bicycles and strollers are welcome on board.

We've lived in Savannah for over 20 years each. We still live downtown but decided to rent our homes as vacation rentals because we want you to enjoy Downtown Savannah as much as we do. All of our homes are located in the Historic / Victorian district and in walking distance to Forsyth Park where we love to go on Saturday mornings for the Farmers Market or have a picnic on Sunday afternoon. Our kids love the playground and the grand yard. Our properties were decorated to be comfortable for you and your family/friends. We have a large sectional sofa in the living rooms. We want you to relax when you're at our homes and if that means lying on the couch and watching a movie then this is the right place for you! We are both Realtors for Salt Marsh Realty.
