Great home with all the luxuries! We had a large group and everyone had enough room to spread out. House was well stocked, very clean, with great views. It was only a short walk to the ski down to gondola. We have stayed at many places on the mountain and this one was by far the best!

The house is stunning and a perfect location. We were 12 women and had a very comfortable stay with plenty of room. The house is almost even better in person than the photos do it justice. It is huge with the rooms very nicely spread out. The location is about a 10 minute walk (if that) to the village and access to the ski hill is about a 3 minute walk to the end of the road where you can hop on the hill. However, the host was extremely unresponsive and I did not receive any responses to my queries posted in the messages leading up to the trip or when I got there. When I finally found a phone number online for the Luxury Rentals company that owns the property I was met with an extremely rude man, who could not be more inconvenienced by my call. My first question was about whether there were any air mattresses, so we could avoid sharing the pull out couch. The answer was no, which is fine, but the way he said it was just so rude. My next question was about checkin process because I had not received any particulars close to the date of our arrival (to which I was told very rudely I would get the information the day before…ok I was confirming because none of my other questions about the house were replied to, so wanted to make sure I was actually going to arrive to an available house) and my second question was about where the extra blankets were that were listed in the description. He told me there were no extra blankets provided and when I told him the listing says there are, he told me that he wrote the listing himself and there is no way that extra blankets are listed. He said at the end of our call he would see if there was anyone who could bring us an extra blanket, which we did receive that evening. While rude and unresponsive I did end up getting answers when I called (albeit very rudely). Also, beware that while the listing provides that there is an elevator, there is NO ELEVATOR, so beware on this if you are booking because of this amenity. It also says there is a pool table, there is only the fooseball table pictured. The bathrooms also did not provide conditioner as listed (only shampoo and body wash). The Sonos in the main living room was not working. This was manageable because it worked in the kitchen and basement, but would have been nice to have music in the main room. I would bring a speaker to be sure. That being said if you are looking for an epic house, comfy bed, ski in ski out and do not require any sort of customer service, this is the PERFECT house! Keeping in mind the description is not completely true (no elevator, no extra blankets, no conditioner, and some sonos did not work). The hot tub is amazing and clean too - they come to clean it every day, which is fantastic! We had a great stay, but customer service can be improved (especially at this price point!!).

This was an incredible chalet for our 5-day family ski vacation at Big White. Located right off the hill, it was perfect for coming and going and stopping in for lunch. The chalet itself was also amazing with plenty of room for everyone and a great kitchen/family room with a cozy fireplace and the most comfortable, massive sofa. It was the perfect place for our big family to hang out after a long day of skiing. Huge thanks for the wonderful stay, and for the great, fast communication!
