Lower-Level apartment-style accommodations which include 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full & 1/2 bath, WIFI, tv's in all bedrooms/LR with Netflix, kitchenette (no stove), screened-in porch, and golf cart! Located in a gated community with 24 security to ensure safety. Access to a park, indoor & outdoor pools, private beach access, splash pad, hot tub, basketball court, dog park and tennis courts. Short walk to the beach, summer activities at the community center & mini-golf pick up! Lower level, apartment-style entrance to this HOME AWAY FROM HOME that has a keyless entry, beach chairs & games, parking for up to 5 cars, a community located across from the grocery store with a picnic table for outside dining, and two Adirondack chairs for comfort.

Great location, easy check in and check out process. Perfect beach house. Golf cart was perfect to take to beach and pool!
We had a wonderful stay.. private access to the beach, use of the golf cart to get around, the amenities in the area.. everything was wonderful
We went for my daughters sweet sixteen, it's was only for the weekend but Dawn's place was amazing.. great location with private access to beach, quiet gated community. Golf cart totally a bonus.. lots of restaurants and shops close by.
Place was exactly like published. Dawn was extremely quick to response with any questions we had. I Would highly recommend anyone to stay there and will not hesitate to reserve myself again.

A home away from home, lower level apartment-style accommodations. Gated community that includes park, indoor & outdoor pool, private beach access, splash pad, hot tub, basketball court, dog park, and tennis courts! 3-4 min walk to the Conch Cafe where you can walk directly onto the beach! Drive north 30 min and find Myrtle Beach attractions like Broadway at the Beach or go south, just a few miles to Murrells Inlet! Tons of delicious restaurants on the Marsh Walk. Our community is located adjacent to Hudson Flea Market and Wet 'N' Wild Water Adventures!
Less than 15 min from over 10+ places to eat in Murrells Inlet! Enjoy the inlet view and water sport opportunities! Even drive to Surfside or Garden City pier for Saturday night live entertainment, beach shops, arcades, ice cream, restaurant, pier fishing, and beach bars.
