I was completely mislead by the host during confirming my rooms. I originally booked the family suite that was available. I was then told the suite was not available. I was offered 2 queen bed adjoining rooms for the same price. Was then told that wasn't available. I was then confirmed for 2 king bed adjoinging rooms for the same price. I rea hed out to the hose before arrival to confirm my rooms would be available. He said yes. At check in I was given 2 separate rooms. Not even next to each other. I was also told the Inn does not offer adjoining rooms at all. I was then given 1 queen bed. I was not offered any refund. I had to dispute with Airbnb and only received a 1/4 of the total amount. When I requested half of the amout I paid due to receiving one room and not 2 I was told by the host I was unreasonable and my request was denied. Be careful. Call the Inn prior to booking to ensure they have the rooms available.

Book the hotel in advanced. Received multiple notices of my stay. Reserved this as we had a big family party down the street only to be told at check in they could find my reservation and double booked my stay with no other rooms, solutions or nearby hotels available. When asked what can be done I was told “nothing.” I then received a message from the host that there system had me down for different days .. Lies.. as I had reserved several reminders including one that day. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Keep in mind I called that morning to let them know I would be checking in later only to be told they mistook my Airbnb reservation with someone else’s.
