My friends and I had our annual girls cottage here and this place was beyond expectations! Cottage was incredibly beautiful and very cosy. Eric even lit a fire before we arrived so it would be warm when we got there. The beds were comfortable and there were so many extra blankets provided. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook. There were also so many board games, puzzles, and even Boche balls so we had plenty to do. The surrounding area was beautiful to explore with plenty of space for walking. We also ordered steaks from Eric which he left in the freezer before we arrived and they were delicious! Highly recommend to anyone staying to get your beef from him. It was a fantastic weekend that we spent here and we were all very sad to leave, and we would love to come back sometime

We had a lovely stay at Cabin on the Coulee! The location was incredible, so peaceful. I will remember that view forever. We enjoyed long walks through the coulee and cozying up in the cabin to read, play boardgames, or watch a movie. Sitting out on the balcony one night to watch the stars was also pretty special. Eric was a great host - communicated clearly, was thoughtful and friendly, and even left a nice big bone for our dog (who had the time of his life on this trip). The cabin itself is rustic but very comfortable. We had everything we needed, and it was very apparent that Eric has put a lot of work into implementing feedback from past visitors. Cabin on the Coulee is a breathtaking place, would absolutely return.

We had an incredible time staying at the cabin! We were accompanied by 4 dogs total who loved running around the property. Eric graciously brought us out additional wood and more steak from their store for us. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

We come back to Cabin in the Coulee again and again because we love it so much. It is so peaceful, so beautiful, so quiet - it lets us really and truly relax. And our dog loves it so much. She gets to run in the coulee and sniff everywhere. While some places we’ve gone to in the past have tolerated dogs, Eric actually loves them and the cabin is set up to be dog friendly. This is the most relaxing place we know of, and we are soooo looking forward to our next trip to the cabin.
