We had a wonderful time at this cozy and well-equipped spot. It's roomy, tidy, and in excellent shape. The assigned carport is conveniently close. The secure gated community is regularly monitored, and getting daily guest passes is easy. Our dog loved it too, with a small park right in front and a larger one nearby. The kitchen's washer/dryer combo is handy, and the appliances are top-notch. Both the living room and bedroom have TVs with streaming services, and the furniture is comfy. The bathroom is pristine. Overall, it provides great value for the cost, and Jay is a very hospitable host. The best deal in the area by far.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The unit was just as pictured & felt clean. The neighborhood was quiet & the host provided very clear instructions. It has everything from a Trader Joe’s to a massive mall within minutes. Close to the beach & close to Disneyland, it is a really great location. I will say the gate attendants were a bit difficult to deal with as their rules kept changing depending who was there that night but that is not something the host can control. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
