New suite above the garage on a private half acre lot surrounded by old growth forest trees. Bonus: adorable family of deer visit the yard every morning. Little Beach is less than 5 minutes walk. Big Beach is about 15 minutes walk. Downtown Ukee is also a short walk and has a grocery store, coffee shops, pubs, and more. The suite feels like a sparkling clean little hotel room with a kitchenette. The outdoor BBQ is great, and includes a side burner. Note: The suite is above the garage, so you will need to carry your stuff up/down. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back.

The room was pristine upon entry, and I felt right at home. The bed was really comfortable, and I slept well after hiking and exploring the beaches all day. The bathtub was super clean and large and lovely to soak in at night. Location is close to everything in Ucluelet and was a great home base for me to explore the area. I really enjoyed my stay here and will be back.

Very clean, modern, newer suites. Great location. Well-lighted yard, good parking. Suite has stairs, so not accessible to people who need one level. Bed and mattress were great. Adequate linens. new suites are above garage. So no noise possible from above. We were there in the 'off' season, so probably quieter and less busy. Other suite and buildings on-site were occupied by people who perhaps lived there full time. We were hoping to use the BBQ (listed as an amenity) but it appeared to not have been used for a long time, and the propane tank was almost empty, so we didn't bother. There is an outdoor sink where a person could potentially do the washing up, but it wasn't mentioned on the listing and also appeared to not have been used for a long time. Not important to us, but the TV didn't work properly. I think because of something the last visitor did to it for their purposes, and this wasn't changed back before the next visitor arrived. Internet/wifi worked and was great.

Excellent location and very nice place. A great option if you want to stay in Ucluelet.
