Kris was a wonderful Super Super Host! She was quick with all responses. Was so friendly and helpful we just loved her. Her place is a home alway from home. We will definitely come back!

My wife and I enjoyed our long term stay at Kris and Mike's place. Very safe area, far away from the strip. Place was cozy. Lots of nice little touches. Enjoyed the switch on gas fireplace. Whatever issues came up were resolved quickly with excellent communication. During our stay, there was construction on Durango where they are putting in a new locals casino. So commute was jammed up at times but there were work arounds going further down Warm Springs to Buffalo. One covered parking space is assigned but there was always ample parking just outside the condo so having more than one car is no issue. Just need to deal with the HOA office which is offsite to register cars and get a decal. Amazon delivers to the doorstep which made it super convenient. I did have an issue with UPS not delivering one item so be aware that their system is a little funky with deliveries. Would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our summer in Las Vegas staying at Kris’ place. The location is excellent. Close enough to the strip that you can drive or catch an uber at any time, but far enough away that you’re separated from the craziness. There are numerous restaurants within a few minutes drive and we enjoyed some of the best Italian, Thai and Indian food of our lives while in Vegas. There are 2 grocery stores, a CVS, and Wallgreens within easy walking distance if it’s not too hot, and a fun local bar literally right out of the gate. The condo amenities are great. There are 3 swimming pools that for some reason none of the residents use except on Sundays, so we had them all to ourselves to play in the water or swim laps. There is a gym on site with enough machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, and cardio equipment for a full workout, and a clubhouse with a common area and ping pong tables that we unfortunately never used. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay including kitchen items and working washer/dryer. The sleep number bed in the master room was wonderful. There is a small but adequate patio that is positioned perfectly during the summer, and the sun barely touches it. It makes sitting outside in the heat with a glass of wine the perfect way to spend the evening. The condo is a little dated and dusty, and we cleaned often to keep it up to our standards. The ac unit works well but is loud when trying to watch TV. My one suggestion to Kris would be to change the carpet and have the place thoroughly deep cleaned. A fresh coat of paint may help as well. We experienced one challenge which is totally outside of the host’s control, and that is the noise from the downstairs neighbor. However, Kris’ response could not have been more reassuring, and she is currently addressing it with the appropriate parties. I recommend this stay and will consider it next time I am in Las Vegas.

Enjoy Las Vegas at a great place. I especially liked the sun pouring over the breakfast table, the hummingbirds humming. Palm trees and pines everywhere. I found everything very handy and easy to care for. The location is close to stores, dentist, and hospitals. Kriss cares about her clients’ comfort. Highly recommend.
