The apartment itself is great. Bright, spacious, clean and well located in terms of tube access….. very comfortable for 4 people. However: After check-in, communication was non existent. We had basic issues like not enough towels, microwave not working, air conditioning not working and despite reaching out to them, no response. We had requested luggage storage after check out and no response to that either. Not enough towels to cover the guests in the reservation, no bath soap, old dirty pots and pans took away from the comfort of the apartment

The apartment is nice and conveniently located for Kew/Richmond (our neighbourhood). It was perfect for our family of four, with wonderful light, clean, adequate space (wardrobes), an extra folding bed provided, fully equipped kitchen with newly fitted appliances, good wifi and an underground car parking space. Very convenient for my children as they were able to take bus into Kew Green/Richmond from right outside the apartment or just walk there. Check in was good with clear instructions. Thanks for letting us enjoy time at your apartment. I would recommend this apartment to others.

very comfortable stay at this lovely property. communication from hosts was prompt and they were super helpful as well. definitely recommend this property around brentford area!

A very good place. But would do with a bit of more 'love'. Especially when it comes to the bath/shower mixers & taps which are stained (looks like they may have been leaking in the past and the stains weren't removed). The walls have marks and scratches on them. But this is probably to be expected from what looks like a dedicated Aribnb apartment, Other than that, very nice. Very close to amenities and the Kew Bridge station. Super comms. No problems with check-in / check-out.
