This place was clean and close to the station. The bed is a double - so for us tall people was small. The lounge wasn’t comfy either. We were there about 8 or so nights - some cooked a lot, or at least tried. There was only one pot and one pan. We could hear people clomping up the stairs-most people were quiet. There was no guest book (either physical or digital) so any questions we could not self service and had to contact the host. To be fair, was responsive but a annoying we couldn’t do it ourselves. I would recommend for a single person and couple for a short stay. There really isn’t enough room for + kids. We had our dog with us, so the non carpet floors met our needs. The shower is great!

The apartment is clean and the location is great. The Host is very responsive and is super helpful with what we needed. If you are looking for a place within walking distance to train station, Oracle and many other cafes and shops, this is the place to choose.

Great apartment right in central Reading. Clean, cozy and very quiet; perfect location to enjoy the town and everything that has to offer; Ian is a very communicative host. I had a great stay!

Ian is a nice guy. Location is perfect. All shops around the apartment 5mins walking distance to reading station

Lovely flat in a perfect location. Ian was really helpful and even organised free parking for the duration of our stay. Excellent!
