Your welcome basket includes some local treats, what’s happening guide and a memorable gift to take home. The large living room has a new sectional couch, 55” Smart TV and seating area and opens to the dining area and access to the kitchen. The kitchen is clean and has new/updated top line appliances including fridge with ice maker, SMEG ovens and cooktop, Keurig and drip coffee makers, food processor and blender. It is well stocked with new pots & pans, baking wares and utensils, as well as dishes, glasses and wine glasses. The dining area can seat 6 and there are additional fold up tables and chairs available. The kitchen walks out to a new deck with retractable awning and seating area, with market lights overhead. The yard is fully fenced, flat and private and we have lawn games for your use. A gas BBQ grill and utensils are available, and we have additional outdoor seating for 6. The large outdoor shower has hot/cold water and rainfall shower head. The spectacular sunroom is almost entirely windows, providing a serene relaxing space to hangout, enjoy coffee (or cocktails!) read, play games and enjoy company. A large sectional provides extra space to siesta or sleep. This is the favorite hangout in the house! The primary bedroom has a Queen bed, 2 dressers, nightstands and closet. It has a smart TV and private 1/2 bath, decorated in calming hues. The second bedroom is bright and spacious with a Queen bed, 2 dressers and closet. There is plenty of space for another air mattress or pack n play. The third bedroom is charming and has a full bed and shelving/storage shelves. The 1.5 baths include newly updated full bath with walk in shower. The 1/2 bath is clean and part of the primary en suite. A new stackable washer/dryer is on the main floor (BR3) The house has a partially finished, carpeted basement with a large sectional - a perfect place for kids and teens to hang out!
