This place is paradise! From the moment we arrived Sofia welcomed us like we were family. The flat is clean, simple and peaceful. The yard, playground and beach are just amazing. We (couple with a 3 yo boy) stayed for 9 days and enjoyed this place each and every one of them. We had some relaxation time, amazing swims, canoeing, snorkeling and wonderful up time in the yard. There are also lots of yummy restaurants in the area. Sofia and her family created this wonderful guest house over the years and they did absolutely everything to make us feel welcomed. It was heartwarming. Thank you so much! We will definitely come back again!

Splendid location,very good menteined Garden,clean simple rooms,warm and beautiful sea perfect for children and couples.Warm and usefull host,very prompt and at your disposal.You have free canoe,sunbets in privat beach and many other facilities.Tavernas in few minutes walking.Just perfect Holiday for us.

We (a family with 2 small kids) had a fantastic stay in this location in Vourvourou in May/June. Sofia, who met us in the appartment block is a great host - very hospitable, caring and reliable. She perfectly speaks english, german, greek, even russian and takes excellent care both of the house and the guests. We felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived till the moment we left (and got support whenever we needed it) - thank you very much Sofia!!! The location is fantastic - the sea/beach with sunbeds and umbrellas is just 50m away, the garden is green, perfectly trimmed and very child-friendly (swings, possibilities to be in the shade etc). The next supermarket, several good restaurants, boat rental - everything is at a walking distance. I would say it is perfect for families with children and people who want to enjoy the quiet and green nature of Chalchidiki. The appartments are very clean, nicely furnished and fully equipped. The top appartments offer balconies and a fantastic view over the sea and islands; the down ones have direct access to the garden. The parking space is (mostly) in shade of trees. The sea is shallow and very clean.. We definitely plan to come again soon!!!

Our stay in Emi house was truly wonderful from start to finish. The place is perfect and so close to the sea, absolute paradise. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the lovely Sofia who was so kind and helpful during our stay. She really made us feel welcome and was always available to help with advice for the local places to go and explore. The flat was clean and tidy without any issues. You can really relax and enjoy the wonderful surroundings, a truly special place with an amazing host! Highly recommended and would definitely come back again! Thank you Sofia! p.s the olive oil and olives were delicious ☺☺
