Our stay was great. The location was perfect for us. It was close to everything but located in a very quiet area. The unit is on the second floor right next to the stairs so we were able to get in and out without having to use the elevator unless we had groceries. There is a cart in the unit to bring up your groceries or anything else that couldn’t come up the stairs. The view was awesome and all of the amenities were just as described. The exercise room was right next door and we used it almost every day. The condo was very well decorated and quite comfortable. The only improvement I would make is to put in a king size bed. There’s plenty of room for one in the master bedroom. The master bath was great. Loved the walk in shower. If we come back to Jax beach we will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful view of Atlantic Ocean and pool, spacious rooms, easy access to beach, easy and secure parking, easy access to exercise room and pool, and "real" television (not streaming service).

The condo was awesome and very spacious. It was stocked with many amenities that made it very convenient. Kitchen was stocked with spices, olive oil, dish soap, garbage bags, coffee filters, etc. Bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, among a lot of other bath products. Laundry room had plenty of laundry detergent and dryer sheets. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. The beds were very comfortable. There were coolers, beach chairs and beach toys. The location was great and the view even better. We will definitely stay here again!!!

The view and the balcony was worth the cost and more! Well appointed condo, the pictures described it well. The amenities were plentiful and the cleanliness I’ll give 9 out of 10 (the coffee pot needed some cleaning). The cooler weather didn’t allow for swimming in the unheated pool , the hot tub wasn’t working and the exercise room was closed ( Rafael compensated with a partial refund). But the beach was great, maybe one of the cleanest we’ve been on. Communication with Brooke was easy and the instructions were spot on.

Beautiful place and ADA friendly for the most part. Spacious enough floor plan for two people to easily have privacy even in a two bedroom place. Excellent hosts!
