when we got there the place was wonderful we felt right at home I recommend this place to anyone and if you just want to get out of the city and have a peaceful evening go to the wash house there the most amazing people and there dogs are so friendly and kind

Trisha is very kind and attentive. Their place is exactly as described - peaceful and tidy. They are generous with snacks and drinks for guests. One of the best deals I’ve found in Harrisonburg.

Place was exactly as described. Trisha and Derrick were friendly and responsive when we checked in late evening. The dogs are huge, friendly and we loved them. The house was clean and cozy. We used our phones as hotspots to check what we needed but otherwise didn't miss a TV, it was nice. They also have it extremely well stocked with snacks, drinks and even eggs and ice cream. It was the perfect place for My wife, Me and my Father to stay while watching my daughter play softball at JMU. We will be staying again if it's available.
