This place was SUPERCLEAN and smelled fresh. We arrived late at night, but it was still relatively easy to find in the dark. It would’ve been nice if the porch light worked.

Mary-Martha was very kind and checked on me to see if everything was ok and if I needed anything. The home was spotless! Very quiet neighbors. It is conveniently located near gas, shopping, places to eat and highway 52!

Mary Martha's condo was easy to locate, and in a guiet area of King, NC. she's very responsive to all needs and open to suggestions on her rental unit..the time we spend in that condo was well worth it. maybe a bit more updating would be nice for a longer stay. hope fully next time we visit it'll be "like" new..
