This home is beautiful but it is not in a great neighborhood so just be aware of what you are signing up for. We felt safe in the home but I would not recommend running around the area as some of the neighbors made us a bit uncomfortable. We have two small children and the house itself was great for our month long stay. There is a great little yard to play games in and being directly on the beach is amazing. I will say the beach is not great to swim in as there is a lot of coral right at the waterline so going in requires some sort of shoes and we did scrape some knees even at high tide. The house comes with beach chairs, boogey boards and there was even a surf board when we were there which is really nice. The home was very clean and recently renovated so very new appliances. There are two couches in the living room but one is very uncomfortable (I believe it is an outdoor furniture piece) and the cushions do not stay on well, but the other couch and chair are nice. Waking up to the sounds of the ocean are great but the people next door have very noisy dogs that bark most of the day. Overall we were happy but wish we knew a bit more going into it. The owner quickly responds and answers all questions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at John and Linda's house in Hawaii We arrived to find an oceanfront private beach big beautiful yard and a covered patio to enjoy the sights and the sounds of the beach day and night. The home is spectacular high design lovely personal touches high-quality spacious kitchen and living area. The three bedrooms would accommodate our entire extended family so we are absolutely planning a trip back for the holidays! Some of the things we loved in particular included the easy access to the beach the incredible sunsets the view of Diamond Head and the absolutely spectacular dining area for breakfast lunch and dinner on the patio with the ocean 30 ft away! The furnishings are so beachy, pretty and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom which looks right out with a full window to the Pacific ocean was exceptionally comfortable. Our dream is to come back for the holidays with our entire family! Thank you!!!

Thank you for a great Get-Away! There were three special features of the place that we truly enjoyed. 1. The kitchen with its appliances and large counter space. The stove was great. And it was a great place to gather while dinner was cooking. 2. The lanai/patio was a special place. It was spacious and open. Perfect for meals. We ate all of our meals out there watching the waves roll in. And it was the best place ever for Happy Hour. 3. The sandy beach is just 20 paces across the yard. The sound of the ocean was a gentle reminder that we were in a special place. Thank you.
