I made the odd wrong turn finding Vernesscia's house but it is exactly as described once you get there. It is an ideal spot to explore Barbados, being close to the highway and a short drive to Oistin and Welches beaches. It is about 10 minutes drive to Dover and St. Lawrence Gap where there are numerous places to eat. The house is well appointed and Vernesscia gave us the number of the caretaker who sorted out the only slight problem we had very quickly. One unexpected delight was to see some of the local monkeys passing through the garden behind the house - the first time I have ever seen them outside the wildlife park and I have been visiting Barbados on and off since 1975. This was a lovely holiday in Vernesscia's beautiful house.

Place was clean and a great view. Host is responsive. Lots of room for multiple guests. Location a bit difficult to find, but advisable to pin the location for the taxi/transportation service and it will make easier. Also use the landmark for Deighton school as that entrance is also easier. Great location. Would recommend highly.

The house is beautiful and very well maintained. Although it was initially difficult for us to find, when we did find it, it was literally like home and we had no issues thereafter...we will be back and if available, we will stay here again!
