Upon our arrival to this Airbnb, we found that there was, no Smartlock as advertised in the listing. There was a key left under the mat that we used for the door. We opened the door and found an individual was already in the apartment. He said Paul had told him to use the key under the mat in front of the door on the right and to use it for the door on the left. The three of us then proceeded to figure out that both keys work for both doors. A HUGE safety concern!! We came to the conclusion that my wife and I would stay in the open unit, given the other individual had already settled in and it was late. Upon settling into the unit, the bathroom was notably dirty- hair on the floor and sink, ants and other bugs on the counter and in the shower, mold and mildew covering the shower curtains. We messaged Paul about the check-in situation- he said he would call us in the morning but he never did, only sent a message saying he hoped we were enjoying our stay. VERY disappointing experience!!

Paul's place was great! Convenient location, clean and cozy, nice neighborhood, easy to find and very peaceful. I really enjoyed the stay. Paul was easy to reach and very responsive!

The most amazing place to stay in Chattanooga. My boyfriend and I had a lovely time and were pleasantly surprised by the kitchen especially. Paul was responsive and gave us plenty of great places to go. Everything was wonderful and clean. Paul laid out specific instructions for check-in as well as check-out, which helped us settle in quickly. We want to come back as soon as possible, given that the space isn't already fully booked (which it should be!!)! Thank you, Paul!!
