My six-month stay at this Airbnb surpassed all expectations. Impeccable space, modern amenities, and a welcoming host made it feel like a home away from home. Prime location with easy access to city attractions. Prompt and friendly communication with the host ensured a stress-free experience. Highly recommended.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage. Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain und Mitte extrem schnell zu erreichen. Alles weiter Über die S- und U-Bahn sehr gut angebunden. Dan ist zudem einer super Gastgeber, der immer gut erreichbar gewesen ist.

This is a great place! I stayed 7 months, Sept-March. Dan communicates well. Great location: there are walks along the river 2 minutes away and with public transport, you are at most 20-30 minutes away from most places. The complex has friendly quiet neighbors and is well maintained. The apartment gets good light, and has light blocking curtains in the bedrooms, so best of both worlds there. The balcony is pleasant and there is a nice gas grill out there. There is a massive bathtub, with jacuzzi jets, which is wonderful for when it gets colder (but make sure to fill it up properly or water will shoot everywhere! Those jets are powerful). The apartment is well insulated; I hardly needed to turn on the heating in the winter. Water pressure and temp is excellent. Note: legally you will need to pay the Rundfunkbeitrag (TV tax) if you register the address; that is a German law based on who actually lives there, not something Dan should pay. Good groceries 1 block away. Would rent again!

Had a great stay and start to Berlin thanks to Dan's place. It really is as spacious and thought-fully designed as the images imply. The apartment offers everything and more you need for a comfortable stay over months. With the jacuzzi and the sleek kitchen and other highlights, things like the gas-grill for barbecues on the balcony were not even listed and therefore a very pleasant surprise when we arrived. Dan is also a gracious and flexible host that waited for us to arrive late in the evening when our move took a little longer than expected.
