Nous venons de passer une très belle semaine de vacances dans la maison de Laura. Diego, son fils, a été très aimable et réactif. La maison est très confortable, meublée avec goût, spacieuse. Le jardin est un vrai havre de paix. Et la piscine est grande et très propre. Merci pour le séjour et à bientôt!

The house is great, especially for a big group. The garden is beautiful with a lot of places to relax. The sea is 5 min to walk. The house is a Family house so the atmosphere is cosy and familiar. The communication was also really easy, only the Check out was at 9am and Bit too early for us :) we would definetly come back!

We had such a great time in this beautiful house. The pool is awesome and the garden is almost a park with a lot of possibilities to sit and relax and enough shade as well as sun at any time. We were two families with 4 kids in total, therefore the very spacious house was perfect. The house, kitchen and garden has really everything you need. Diego was super nice, was easy to contact, gave us good recommendations and was very flexible with checkin and checkout. Only the train close to the house was a bit annoying during the night with open windows. We would definitely recommend this house and would love to come again!

EN : Excellent stay here in the villa! We were there in vacation for a week with my family, everything was great, the house was very clean and large enough, the surrounding garden and swimming pool were good too. Quercianella is a lovely seaside town with very good restaurants, beautiful rocky coastlines and small beaches. FR : Excellent séjour à la villa ! Nous étions en vacances là-bas pour une semaine en famille, tout était super, la maison très propre et assez grande, le jardin environnant et la piscine très bien aussi. Quercianella est un beau petit bourg sur la mer avec de très bons restaurants, de magnifiques côtes rocheuses et quelques petites plages.

Das Haus ist perfekt für einen Urlaub mit 2-3 Familien. Viel Platz, große, schöne Zimmer, riesiges Wohnzimmer und gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Hammer jedoch ist der Garten, der fast schon ein Park ist. Das Pool groß genug und perfekt gepflegt. Platz für gut 8 Personen zum wohlfühlen. Quercianella ist ein süßer, kleiner Ort, der aber nicht viel zu bieten hat. Die öffentlichen Strände im Ort sind steinig und recht klein, zwischen 27-50€/ Tag kann man einen Sonnenschirm mit 2 liegen mieten. Würde ich nicht empfehlen, zu teuer und trotzdem steiniger Zugang zum Meer. Kulinarisch bietet der Ort, obwohl klein, einiges. Zusammenfassend, ein wunderschönes Plätzchen mit dem perfekten Haus für einen großen Familienurlaub.
